It was cut in the classic hourglass silhouette of the period with padded shoulders and a nipped waist. The small shawl collar leads to a single row of two mother of pearl buttons that fasten the blazer. From the waist seam a small peplum flares out to give additional shape to the piece and solid grey accent panels highlight the pockets.
