60’s Black Crepe Cocktail Dress edwardian tea dress Sleeve length- 860's black crepe cocktail wiggle dress has sequin bodice trimmed with a black velvet bow at the center front. There are also 2 hooks to close up the center front if desired. The dress is made in the USA and has the ILGWU label but no label from the manufacturer.
