Made of hand dyed burnt orange ostrich feathers that are set onto the base fabric so that they almost twist - its almost like they create a bias cut fabric out of the feathers - this causes it to roll open a bit when one so you get this long lean line and it always seems to sit perfectly in place and not create bulk like some feather pieces can

It is cut on the bias

It is made of a rayon jersey that is easy to wear

I have many Blass pieces and I have to tell you that you can see his influence in this piece and I would suspect it was made at some point while he was there
