Metal surfaces inside have some minor scratches and very low level oxidation but are similarly clean

The curious look of it is because it was part of the Maestro/Gibson "Total Foot Control" range of pedals designed (perhaps unsurprisingly) to allow all the parameters to be altered without the need to stop playing
