1960s Jules Leleu for Maison Leleu Executive Desk in Lacquered Wood & Stainless Design Objects Austria labelThis is a truly spectacular Lacquered Wood Executive Desk, designed by Jules Leleu for Maison Leleu in the 1960s. The desk is supported by a solid stainless steel base, having lines that fall somewhere between French Deco, Empire and Industrial; its a significant sculpture in its own right. The top features an inset leather writing surface, and has a nook in the front of the piece to stow books or other accoutrements. The wood cases are fully
