Picked young and vibrant, these under ripe olives are cold pressed into an oil unlike any other; intense, peppery, bitter, and bursting with freshness. Each bottle includes a stainless steel pourer. Important: Olio Novello is unfiltered. Colour, clarity and sediment vary naturally. Please read on
