Fostex A-4 A-8 switch PCB 8251035000 Nice clean front panel forThis the 6 button switch panel thats sits under the front panel to select rewind play etc. Connection is via a molex plug so an easy unit to change I have sold out as I used they last one to get the switches off as they break on other units, if anyone finds some let me know I need them , I have a lot of headaches with Fostex pcb switches
