I've never seen one quite like this Swiss army knife of a thing, the head screws in to either a ring mount, or a brooch pendant back swipe to see. It's set with a certified Burma no heat ruby in the centre, surrounded by a diamond star burst, and pearl and ruby border around the outside. It's beautifully made, crafted in 18 karat gold with
